BRATISLAVA, 20th of February
European Olympic Committee (EOC) accepted layout of the new logotype for next events called EYOF (begin in 2013) will be used together with a logo of every next organising country, and the logo will be used with olympic rings as well.

EOC President Patrick Hickey told after approval: „This is young and dynamic logo, which will be attractive especially for young people.“ New logo will be use already for XIth EYOF 2013 in Brasov (Romania) and XIIth summer EYOF in Utrecht (Netherlands).

Limited edition of two issues of philatelic collection of all stamps with ice-hockey theme has been baptised by hockey legend Jozef Golonka, E. Smazak, M. Mracnova and V. Cernusak. Publications incudes original stamps, memorable letters and round-seals published for WCh 2011 IIHF in Slovakia.
